The key with light leather is frequent cleaning. You should do a wipedown at least once a month.

Meguiars gold class leather cleaner is a good, inexpensive, locally available all-in-one solution. Rub some on a microfiber and work it into the seats. Use a second clean microfiber to wipe down. Leaves the seats non-greasy and takes out blue jean dye transfer from my coral red seats very well.

If you want to go upmarket, Swissvax leather cleaner is the best I've used. Spritz it on the leather, work a lather with the brush, wipe off with microfiber. Condition with their leather conditioner.
