Good to see some ideas emerging from brodit and navbras. Inside the storage compartment would be perfect for a satnav, with the lid giving security from prying eyes. However it's not high enough for a TomTom, and nearly, but not quite high enough for a Garmin, even with the rubber mat removed. Let's hope someone fills the gap soon. An iPhone could be one solution. Anyone got any ideas about getting power within the compartment. As the iDrive gets located there, I guess there may be a 12v supply just behind the compartment.
