Yes you have said that right. What most people don't know or understand is that the X1 is based on the last generation 3 series. the X1 is basically a Bran New-Old 3 series! It still has hydraulic steering as a bonus!
I think the new one is getting away from its roots. Its the perfect car for a family of 4 or less, or a for a first car!
I will keep mine until the wheels fall off!
