Yeah, about doing something about this underpowered engine... At this stage, I think the only thing we can do about it without compromising the warranty, is get used to it.
That, or trade-in for a diesel, or wait for the twin power turbo model and pay through arse for it.
Seriously though, I bought this for reasons other than speed, so I try to keep that in mind when being overtaken by Hyundais and KIAs.
Ultimately, BMW does not do "cheap" very well.
