I would go w/ the new DI WRX.
It's just as fast as a STI on the straights.

I doubt you'll notice the 0.4 seconds in a 1/4 mile. Also, buying a used STI is dangerous. 75% of them have been modified and of those 75%, about 50% have no idea what they're doing and don't tune them which causes massive issues later on down the road.
