Should I do some preventative and do the plugs or should I wait a bit? I know BAV says to do it by now...

I know BMW says the tranny fluid is "lifetime" but we all know that is complete bs... Anything guys?
I just did my spark plugs this past weekend at 58k (did them myself). One of my coil packs did break down under the rubber boot, so I had to replace one of those as well. So far, I've just done oil changes - I'll stick to my 6-7k mile intervals, did one at 51.5k and 58k. There's not a lot of time for me between them (2-3 months) but I can hear a difference in the sound of the engine when I change the oil even then.

After my next oil change, I'll look at servicing the other fluids - I want to keep this car to 200k (at least 150k so it's paid off fully).
