Yeah, EWG. The problem was heat dissipation. You can tell the timing was being cut back because the torque is so high down low, but rapidly drops off. Same with the horsepower, it isn't building properly because the timing is too far behind. That's what happenes when the guy running the dyno hasn't a clue.

I should have taken pictures of the process, because it was laughable what they used for fans and where they put temp probes.
