Are you sure? Do you mean factory 135i's? There are plenty of fast 1ers out there, many with N54's. If you're just talking straight line, it's slightly plausible that you could have a quicker car, but in terms of handling, I'd be nearly certain that a mildly tuned 1er will have a large advantage over nearly anything done to an X1.
I'll take a 500 pound lighter car that's much lower to the ground with better tires and a more sorted suspension every time.
