The topic of xenon retro's has been talked about in length in other threads, worth digging into...

In short, retro fitting Xenons is at least $2k and not an easy job. It requires the wiring harness used for power seats and moonroof it appears as well as sensors around the car to calculate how to auto level the headlights to avoid blinding oncoming drivers, and this would be for not having adaptive lights either. I ended up going with the 35 for the motor with no premium package rather than the 28 with premium to get xenon lights, 35 is slightly more but not terrible.
