I think I would visit Misha Charoudin aka Boosted Boris at
APEX Nuerburg. They are opening a new Ring rental place and have some nice cars. They also have the cheapest Ring rental which is a VW Polo for 45 euros. But they also have nice cars like a M2 and McLaren 650GT. Apex will also have a hotel and hang out area for any 'Ring freaks in the area of Nurburg.
