Not sure that's such a good deal. I got the same car with 25,000 miles, fully loaded, CPO, for $22,000 with proper servicing and complete records.
(This was actually 41,000km for $28,500 CAD)
If the oil was never changed over such a long period of time it could have easily done some damage to the engine. And with the high cost of repairs on BMW's I would steer clear
