Looking to sell or have someone take over the lease on my 2014 BMW X1 xDrive28i. This car is Mineral White Metallic exterior with Coral Red interior. It has all the options you could order with the car--Aluminum Trim, Cold Weather Package, Lighting Package, Ultimate Package, Sports Leather Steering Wheel with Paddle Shifters, Harmon Kardon surround sound system, Automatic High Beams, and Concierge Service (active until lease end). XM is also active until October 10, 2014. The lease is for three years at 12,000 miles a year. There are only 8,240 miles on it at this time, so a little extra mileage to start you off. After purchase, I installed BMW All Weather floor mats front and rear, as well as the cargo tray. It has the BMW Performance Black Kidney Grilles, and the BMW Base Support System. The only aftermarket part is the US Millworks Lightened front plate bracket, which will be included in the purchase.
You can take over my lease for $499.15 per month and any fees involved with the transfer or you can buy it outright for $37,546.44.
