At least in US there is a separate DRL 5W bulb. It is placed at the edge of hi beam housing.

The person that sells the OEM housing - he is in Latvia. And most likely he sells LHD assemblies. I think they have BMW assembly line in Russia. So they are getting these from there - my guess. You need RHD, don't you? So I think it will not work. Your best bet would be to get assemblies from British EBAY.
