I purchased my X1.

Here are the details.

Canadian MSRP $47,250
Invoice $43,475
I paid $44,679 2.77% over invoice ($1,204)
$2,571 below MSRP

Dropped about 30% down and financed the rest at 2.9%
There were zero incentives at the time.

Freight $2395
Admin Fee $295
Finance Fee $300
Air conditioning $100
Tire Fee $20
Theft recovery $199 (paid $0)
Undercoating $226 (paid $0)
Tax $5734

Not sure if I could have avoided the admin or financing fee, but I was Okay to pay them.
I had to negotiate the Theft and Undercoating away.

At the time of signing, I was upselled a bunch of extra crap(extended warranty, tire protection, scotch guard etc.) that I all declined.

Not sure if my deal was a good one or not, but I'm happy with it.
I sent one email, and with a 4 minute 28 seocond phone call, the car was ordered exactly to my spec. Probably one of the easiest sales they've ever had.
My ignorance on my previous vehicle 5 years ago cost me full MSRP.
I learned quite a bit in in the forum over the last year!
Hoorah for bimmerpost!
