I had the same concern when I decided to go with the Continental DWS06 on my 35i M sport. I needed a good all season tire and had no interest in swapping out a winter to summer tire setup like I did with my ZHP for years. I keep an emergency slime tire sealant inflation kit in the back along with a second 12 volt compressor. This along with my AAA membership is piece of mind enough.
