My local BMW dealer will provide you with a loaner vehicle for those who are affected by the recall under one of these two circumstances. 1) They will take your car in and store it in their parking structure until your airbag replacement is complete, which could take up to months because of the lack of supply. 2) Your SA will take down the current mileage of your car, you will then be asked to sign a contract stating that you are obligated not to operate your vehicle until the day you bring in your car for recall.
