No muffler, just cats --> x-pipe --> exhaust.

Approx mod cost with new retail prices on parts: ~$45K (parts only) plus labor cost
Annual service: ~$1000-$2000/year
Insurance: ~$1000-$2000/year
I need to replace my clutch & flywheel pretty soon, maybe next Spring: ~$10K
If F1 pump/relay/actuator failed: $5K to $15K-plus
