The f15 X5s wheels would require a hubcentric ring to center the wheel correctly on your X1's wheel hubs...if not you'll have a lot of wheel vibration if the wheels don't stay centered on your hub.

If you were to install hub centric rings to mount the wheels...you would definitely need to calculate the tire's overall circumference (as suggested above) because the X5's tires are probably taller...thus you'd need to use the recommended 19" tire sizes for the X1.

Thanks so much for the info and posting up the reference table. I've never had to deal with hub centric rings on my previous vehicles, so this is something new for me to think about. Looks like a pretty simple/safe solution to the different center bore size. I've always avoided putting on spacers, but I don't think using the rings could cause any problems.
