Shit, have you seen what is going on in CA now, especially Norcal? Reservoirs so full they are releasing water. There is only a small portion of CA in the south that is still in drought category. The rest of us are clear. San Jose has dropped drought restrictions. Snowpack is huge...just yuuuuggge. I think they are waiting til April for the official end of drought proclamation. Funny, how it takes one winter to end a 5 year drought.
