Most lights can be modified to fit HID's as they come in a variety of sockets. But keep in mind that HID's cannot be used as high beam flashers unless they are bi-xenon. The lights need to be turned on and stay on otherwise you'll burn them out in no time.
Check out some coding forums and your local Craigslist. I'm sure you'll find someone who will help you out locally.
