Dinan offers a factory matching 4yr/50k new car warranty. Essentially what this means is there are 2 concurrently running warranties. The short of it is either BMW or Dinan will cover any warranty issues. How we have handled situations over the past 25+ years with BMW NA is if BMW NA feels that something related to a Dinan product is to blame for a problem we will cover the expense. Simple as that.
