Agree with you 100%. Most accidents happened at the intersections. Imagine yourself trying to make a quick left turn at the signal light before incoming cars and ASS turns off your engine right before you lift off the brake. People behind you saw your brake light went off thinking you would dash forward so he bumps into your rear end.
