Like your choice of 235/45F and 265/40R. I,m looking to go that way when my 225/45 - 255/40 wear out.
The Max. Recommended for a 9" Wheel is 265.
I guess it started from 2014 March as there was some minor changes in the options and on the car as well. When I initially put my order in March I was referring to 2013 November option list and there was no option for TPMS at all. After the order the 2014 March option list was out and there was some minor changes in the options list and the telephony which I was paying for became standard option and TPMS was there as an extra cost option. So, got my dealer to swap TPMS with the telephony as the extra cost option.

I'm hoping the tyre choice will turn out to be fine. My only concern at the moment is with the effect of the added side wall height and the slightly wider tyre on same old wheels on steering response and the car handling in the corners.

I want to go all season non-RFT. Any suggestions on the tyres?
