I have a 2013 X1 xDrive28i, M-sport with the 19" wheels. I don't know how much stiffer the suspension is compared to the base model, but I personally find it on the soft side. (My previous three cars were ///M cars so that's my reference point.) I don't think the paddles are automatically added. Option '7XA' needs to be specified...
