That's interesting too. 5.7L = 6 quarts. I saw on another F30 forum it was 7 quarts. (or 6.6L).

Isn't the general rule of thumb, one quart per cylinder plus one?

I don't believe the oil level shows over-fill correct? I wouldn't want to use so much, because that would lead to break down of seals.
