As one friend owner of a 520i and Nissan 350z profession engineer told me, the detrition MIGHT be on the part the spacer is touching (one side is touching the rim and the other another part), I dont know how this part is called!

This MIGHT HAPPEN after 150,000 to 200,000 klm runned and it is repairable by about 200euros...

I never reached 150,000 in any of my cars anyway!

Handling is better, feeling is better, look is greatly better, so why not!

Have noticed no change on consumption or power or anything...

Only difference is when you park you need more attention as the tyres can easily touch the gutter.
