I think the guys with offsets in the 40's are running spacers to get clearance for the suspension.

Oh, no doubt he could need/want spacers. My point was, those wheels have enough offset that he will be able to get them to fit...as opposed to starting with a wheel without enough offset in it, where you're SOL.
