To be clear, I mean the upside of the headlight (the white surface) with car body color wrapping (in my case black but other pictures welcome as well). |
I would actually want that top eyelid painted black to match the other black accents on my trim. I think actual overlays don't look too good--would rather open the headlight and pain that part but I don't know if the clear cover comes out without much fuss like older headlights. Some other makes, that part is glued/sealed on and requires baking--don't want to get into that.
