If past history is any indication, scissors jacks lift fairly easily, but require beau-coup turns of the shaft to accomplish this.
This is likely one of the reasons that the Woods Brothers don't use scissor jacks for their quick work in the racing pits....
I'll file a report here when mine shows up, and Zip' might be able to give us some details now...
BTW, do we have any idea where the space saver spare is actually supposed to fit in the trunk? I'm doubtful I'll go that route (plugs n' pump take less space ), but I am curious.
