I'm a newb to BMW, but don't most front fenders/bumbers have a slight give away when hit? Maybe your right side just needs to be pulled out a few mm's.
Happened on my truck once, my buddy accidently backed into my front bumper and pushed it in a few inches. I just pried it back with a shovel.
Of course, you should go to the dealer, and not go for the shovel.
