You may be in luck Twix.
From comparing the 2013 and 2014 build sheets, I can't see paddle shifters anywhere as an option.
You can get the regular leather sport wheel, or the M sport wheel.
But any wheel with paddle shifters doesn't seem to be possible.
If someone actually really wants them, I'm sure that's possible but you'd have to pay extra for it.
