I wanted to ask my fellow X1 owners something.
My car had a lot of problems with the panoramic sun roof/moon roof.
The rubbers always became loose and even fell off when opening and closing a lot (with warm weather 3-8 times a days using it and every 2-4 days problems).
After 5 several times the BWM dealar this seems solved, well, not actually but now it gets a little bit loose after a couple of weeks.
Only going to the dealer for it when other problems occur. Every time I need to have people getting me there and getting me back and need to find a spare car for that day or stay at home. Small luck, it is BMW Premium.
Last I checked and it seems strange to me.
I attached some pictures.
What I think is strange is the holes on the front side (when roof is open), it's in the middle but on the side's as well.
Is this normal?
Could anyone post a picture of he's open roof on the pre facelift X1 model?
You would think a piece is missing.
When you look down in the car with open roof it looks silly but I think that is normal and there is no extra cover?
