Software update help
There is a software update ready for my 2014 X1. I logged onto bmw.com/update as instructed . There is a box asking for the last 7 digits of my vehicle to validate the download to a flashdrive. My vehicle VIN # last 7 digits contains 2 letters and it will not accept it. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks
