I saw some H&Rs Here for sale and they were black. Mine are blue, and they were drop shipped direct from H&R in WA. Maybe they changed and are lower now.

I'm really sick of my RFTs. Ive had to replace 3 from road damage and changed the set once because they wear pretty quick.

I hope H&R didn't change, because I'm close to ordering, and I like PA's ride height better. On their website, they claim 1.2" drop, with variance for M-pkg. BTW, I ditched the RFs before anything else, and they improve the ride greatly, depending on tire choice. Much quieter, too.
