So long as you're not putting in solid aluminum bushings, you won't feel a difference in ride quality.
IMHO, go with a two piece poly bushing for making installation a lot easier. Up to you whether or not to go with the cheapest (whiteline) or a set of powerflexes et al.
No negative affect on ride quality. They just stop a lot of the rear squirm during cornering.
I put whitelines in my buddy's 135 (mine too a year or so ago) last weekend in 1.5 hours using the jack/torch method of popping the OE bushings out. Easy peasy.
