[Monterra]

This was my plan after driving both iterations of the car a few times and having the 28i as a loaner and seeing disappointing (26ish) fuel economy. Be patient and strike on a 35i that is IMO kind of a head scratcher, niche car that will probably linger due to the 28i being plenty powerful (when asked) and substantially better epa numbers along with lower price tag. Well that time came, I had my chance with a very fair trade allowance (after almost walking immediately with a low ball number) and I let it go (at least for now.) Hard to say why but 40k is still a lot $ and I still love the idea of getting mid 30s-40 mpg with an oil burner as much as the 35i makes me smile every time I'm in it I couldn't pull the trigger.

35i owners: What steady cruising hwy mpg 75 is this car capable of?
Would you hesitate if you had the chance to do it over again?
Should I run back and buy this little unassuming rocket?
It doesn't have sport or paddles...help!!
