You may be able to negotiate the price down if you haven't bought the vehicle yet. Or you may be able to negotiate other services, like adding them to tire warranty if you have it, or free storage and wheel changes for wheels and tires bought through them.
But don't expect them to sell at cost - given that neither work nor space is free, they'll lose money on that.
