Yeah, our past trips involoved my S10 which had a full size spare. But its getting old now and can't take it on long trips. So, if my future X1 is my next road trip vehicle for long trips I want to be safe. I don't think I would pack a spare wheel just for a long trip. Probably cause I got golf clubs in the back, and God forbid (All the wife's luggage )
But it would be nice to know that, yeah, I can limp into any city with a flat RFT and have the nice tire shop replace it in a day, and off I go.
