I picked up my 2013 X1 on Friday 8/10/2012 here in Michigan. I meant to post some photos right after picking it up, but I spent more time driving the car than I thought I would.
The car had a built date of 7/11 and just got to the dealer on Friday afternoon. I was able to pick it up that evening.

I wanted to take some better quality photos but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll be happy to post more later.
Also, this car is awesome! I love the handling, the design, the sound, and the "feel" of the car in general. I have no complaints whatsoever at this point. I picked it up with 5 miles on it, and now it's up to 364.
I might take a little road trip over the weekend, that's why I decided to post some photos now instead of letting another few days pass by. This forum has been very helpful in making the wait for the X1a little more bearable, thank you!
When I ordered the car, the online configurator wasn't up yet and I was a little bit worried about how it would all turn out. But it turned out great, I love the car and everything about it!
