BMW dropped the ball on this one,  If they would have released here in the US, that number should be 500,000 units. But BMW wants people to shell out $50k large for the X3. Not in this economy!! The "people" majority buying SUV's in the $25K-$35 range. All manufactures have stepped up the small SUV game. Just look around........The X1 is late to the game, in this country. |
500,000? Factory constraints prevented US debut. How can they sell more than they can make? By the way, X3 is on fire and you can have a 28i for less than 40k.
