I personally would not recommend ceramic. I've tried it on a number of my cars and all developed brake judder after 15-25k miles...all with new rotors. I have 50k miles on the original semi metallic OE pads so will be sticking with those when I need a replacement for the rears later this year. Personally, I'd rather have the brake sensor than no sensor, like on other cars.
